Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes (cubed)
- 1 medium cauliflower (florets)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pinch hing (asafoetida)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and hing.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Add all spices including Kitchen King Masala and mix well.
- Add potatoes and cauliflower, mix properly.
- Cover and cook until vegetables are soft.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
